- Returned items must be in new condition and in its original packaging
- Shield Life reserves the right to refuse or exchange of items that are not in new condition due to damage or misuse by the customer
- Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form below and include in the packaging or securely attach on outside of the box if not opened
- You may return your item within 15 days of delivery for a refund with 15% restocking fee of the purchase price (Less the shipping and handling charges.)
